A bunch of watercress – the juice of 1 lemon – 1 plain yoghurt – 1 garlic clove  – 1/2 shallot

  • Collectthe rosettes from the base
  • Wash them with vinegar water
  • Addthe lemon juice and some salt
  • Mix with the yoghurt
  • Add the garlic and shallot
