My favourite recipe: The cocktail “Le cœur de prunelle”. (Made by Théo Arnoux, Chez Félix).
Here is the recipe:
4 cl of Prunelle de Troyes
4 cl of Champagne Blanc de Noirs (Devaux Champagne “Coeur des Bar”)
1 cl of Moutard peach liqueur
2 cl squeezed yellow lemon
2 cl of liquid cane sugar
(Alcohol abuse is dangerous for the health, consume in moderation).
